Co-Founder and current President of PPEN. Ruth has been referred to as “Momma Bear” because of her take the bull by the horns attitude. Ruth isn’t afraid to tackle any project she sets her sights on.

Pam Neale

Current Vice President of PPEN. Intelligent and reliable, Pam has a near perfect attendance record since our first public meeting in 2021. She always shows a willingness to help with anything asked of her.

Hilma Wingard

Current Treasurer of PPEN. With 18+ years of experience being a treasurer for various entities such as Friends of the NRA, Casey Equipment Corporation of Pittsburgh as well as Grace Presbyterian Church, Hilma is very business oriented and is an excellent choice for our organization.

Steven Wible

Co-Founder and current Secretary of PPEN. Steven is self-taught on many aspects of computers thus giving him a keen eye for mistakes and the ability to create well worded documents and letters. He also does a tremendous amount of research on certain presentation subjects for our meetings.

Sheriff Frank Pitzer

Advisor and Board of Directors member. Frank has been invaluable to our organization. He has been a staunch supporter of our organization and its goals from day one. He has been an excellent advisor on personal and home safety as well as hosting firearms safety and training meetings.
